Waterfront Cottage Rental
(January to December) 2 Day Minimum)
Daily Rate per Cottage
1-4 People: $150 CAD or $100 USD / per person + Tax
5-7 People: $100 CAD or $75 USD / per person + Tax
Enjoy your morning coffee with a gorgeous waterfront view, then enjoy your evenings listening to the peace and quiet and watching the loons. Our 4 season waterfront cottages, have 3 bedrooms that can sleep 7 people, a 3 piece bathroom with a shower, and a fully stocked kitchen. It also has a large waterfront deck with a BBQ.
Cleaning Policy
We take great pride in our cleaning standards. We take on average 6-8 hours to clean and customize the cottage for our next guests. Everything except the ceiling is cleaned between rentals. We wash all linens and comforters, between customers, nothing is reused even if unused by the previous guest!
Electricity
We provide electricity 24 hours a day. Our property is primarily run by solar energy. If the sun doesn't provide enough energy to accommodate our guests, we will switch to our diesel generator over night. Please let us know if you plan to bring a CPAP machine so we can customize our solar to generator nightly switch, to prevent sleep interruptions.

Come and spend your vacation with us! We are open year-round and you can enjoy just about every activity your heart desires. Skating, Ice fishing, Snowmobiling, Snow shoeing, Cross country skiing, Nature walks, Fishing, ATV rides, Swimming, Relaxing on remote beaches, Star gazing while relaxing at the fire pit, Paddle board adventures, Pedal boat rides, Canoe rides, bird watching and hunting!
Fishing
Are you looking for a remote fishing trip, where seeing other boaters is a rarity? Fishing Packages are available if you need a boat with your cottage rental between May 15 and November 1. We have a fish cleaning house conveniently between the boats and the cottages which also has running water and a minnow tank. You can conveniently fill a bait bucket provided on your way to the boat for your fishing adventure! Don't have a fishing rod? No problem you can borrow one during your stay! Please see the fishing package below.
Heating
We heat all cottages with a hot water wood boiler. This boiler is turned ON once the seasonal temperature dips below 10C/ 50F. On average this might happen anytime between September 15 and May 15
Ice fishing
On average ice fishing is between January 1st until April 1st. We currently have one pop up ice fishing shelter that we can set up for customers, which accommodate 8 people. We can also go out and drill some holes for you with our auger at your desired location during your stay. Heat is not included in the shelter, but we can provide foldable chairs. This Ice Fishing add-on is $100/day above the cottage rental.
Snowmobiling
Come snowmobiling in a winter wonderland. No paid trails here, only thousands of crown land forestry trails to venture. On average we get between 3-4 feet of snow. Snowmobiling is at its best between January and April. Temperatures can range between 0C and -45C without the windchill.
Water
Our water is potable! We have a water treatment system that backwashes the entire system and its filters every 5 days. We also have a drinking tap in each cottage at the sink that has additional filtration to provide you with fresh tasty water that beats any plastic water bottle. Each cottage has its own hot water on demand to provide you with a hot shower after your daily adventures.
Included
Propane for your BBQ, all linens, comforter, pillows, bath towels, hand towels, dish towel, dish rag, toilet paper, 2 paper towel rolls, cookware, utensils, hand soap, dish soap and WIFI ! Canoe, Pedal Boat or Paddle Board use is included during your stay. Bring your own boat during your stay and docking is Free! Do you like fresh eggs? We include 1 dozen fresh eggs with your stay from our beautiful chickens here at the lodge!
Notes
* The full balance is due upon arrival.
* All Hunting and Fishing enthusiasts, please bring your Fishing and/or Hunting License and Tags with you during your stay.
* If you have a Boat License, Canadian or American please bring it with you if you plan to drive a boat.
* Boats will be removed from the water once the water drops below 45F.
* All hunters are responsible for their own safety equipment while in a tree stand.
* Transportation to and from the remote lakes and hunting site is not included, you are responsible for your own transportation!
* Tips are not included but always appreciated!
Additional Fees
* Prices do not include Provincial or Federal taxes.
* A deposit of $500 per cottage is required to confirm your reservation. Deposits are non-refundable, but may be applied to another vacation at our lodge within 1 year from the date the deposit was received.
* $100/hour for Guiding or Transportation
* $100/per dog (Animal must be crated if left alone in the cottage!)
* $100/per tow (Towing a moose with a rental boat from the lodge is subject to a FEE)
* $300 Cleaning Fee will be charged to your credit card if the cottage is not left in an acceptable manner!
* $500 Damage deposit will be held by Credit Card on arrival
* A 60 day cancellation notice is required for all first week rifle moose hunting groups, or the $500 deposit will be lost! (Aug. 18, 2026 Deadline)
*1 month cancellation notice is required for all Black Bear Hunt or the deposit will be lost!

Fishing Package

1-4 People: $200 CAD or $150 USD / per person + Tax
5-7 People: $150 CAD or $100 USD / person + Tax
This Fishing Package includes your stay in one of our cottages and your boat and motor rental. We include 50 litres of gasoline for our boats during your stay. One boat is provided for every 3 people. The boats located at the lodge on Long Lake are 16 feet long with a 30 Horse Power, 4 Stroke motor with 3 Seats. The boat has a fish finder, a bilge pump, 1 live well with an aerator and 1 fishing net . We provide your safety equipment (paddle, personal floatation device for each passenger, whistle, compass, 50' heaving line, anchor and bail bucket with signaling mirror! We have a fish cleaning house conveniently between the boats and the cottages which also has a minnow tank. You can conveniently fill a bait bucket provided on your way to your personal boat for your fishing adventure! We also have 16 and 14 foot Boats with 15 Horse Power, 2 Stroke motor with benches that are used on smaller lakes within a 1hour drive from the lodge. Don't have a fishing rod? No problem, you can borrow one while you're here.

Black Bear Hunting Package

This Black Bear Hunting Package includes 7 full days of hunting, a stay in a waterfront cottage, access to 2 active pre-baited bear sites within our 3 Bear Management Areas. Our exclusive 1433 sq. km. Bear Management Area gives our hunters a chance to hunt at a new site every year! Our Trail Cameras take daily photos of all our sites and you can view them prior to selecting your site. We provide daily bait for your hunt, we set up all our tree stands, tracking and retrieval assistance if required, use of our Bear Skinning Shack where you can hang your prize bear, then once quartered you can hang your meat inside our attached walk-in cooler. You will also have the opportunity to fish after your hunt at no additional cost.
Please Note
* All hunters are responsible for their own safety equipment while in a tree stand.
* Additional Non Hunting Guest rate $100 per person/ per day
* Transportation to and from the hunting site is not included, you are responsible for your own transportation!
* Once you shoot your bear and blood is drawn, every effort will be made to retrieve your bear. If your bear is not found, this will conclude your hunt as a live and injured bear is unacceptable.
Fees
* A deposit of $800 is required to confirm your reservation. Deposits are non-refundable, but may be applied to another vacation/ hunt with our lodge within the next year. If you need to change your reservation, we require a 30 day notice prior to arrival or the deposit will be lost.
* Prices do not include Provincial/ Federal Tax (HST 13%) We accept a Cheque or Credit Card for the deposit.
* Balance must be paid in Cash on arrival.
