This calendar can provide you with an email with a price estimate for your vacation, but it is based on Canadian funds only! Our Policy

We accept payment in cash or by email money transfer. A deposit of $500 per cottage is required to confirm your reservation.

A credit card will be held on file for the duration of your stay. If any damages are found in the cottage, on the property or to the rental boats, you will be charged for the $500 damage deposit. If the damages are greater than $500, a quote for repairs will be provided, and negotiation will take place between the renter and the owner of the property.

If any of the following products (Feminine Hygiene Products, Grease & Oil, Floss, All types of wipes, All Baby products, Paper Towel, Condoms, Linens) with the exception of toilet paper is FLUSHED DOWN THE TOILET into our septic system and problems come forward, you will be responsible for the SEPTIC FEE of $380 + $500 to replace the septic pump.
If you refuse to pay for the damages, you and your party will no longer be welcome to stay with us in the future.
