Fishing

2006 Fishing Pictures

The entire area has excellent fishing for walleye, northern pike, lake trout and wild brook trout. Fishing is great for all species but we would like to draw your attention to our outstanding brook trout fishing. We, personally, have caught brook trout up to 7 pounds in our area, which is twice the size of what most people consider a trophy.

In addition to fishing Long Lake for northern, walleye, lake trout and brook trout, you can also fish any one of the following lakes. We keep boats on these lakes that are available to our customers at no additional charge.

Chorus Lake: Walleye, northern. Drive-to with boat launch just minutes from the lodge.

Bray Lake: Walleye, northern. Access by quad or drive-to and short walk, just minutes from the lodge.

Rocky Lake: Walleye, northern. Drive-to plus 10 miute walk.

Trio Lake: Walleye, northern. Drive-to.

Catlonite Lake: Northern, lake trout, brook trout. Drive-to.

Dickison Lake: Northern. Drive-to plus one portage.

Stingray Lake: Brook trout. Drive-to plus 15 minute quad ride.

South Pine Lake: Brook trout. Drive-to.

There are also dozens of small brook trout lakes available. Guides available at prevailing rates.
